You may shop as a guest however if you would like a record of your past purchase, we encourage you to register for an account.

Who can shop on DFS Platform?  
To shop duty free : All travelers who have international flight tickets departing from Bali International Airport OR Jakarta International Airport Terminal 3 can shop on Shop-Indonesia.DFS.com.

To shop duty paid (local souvenirs) : anyone will be able to purchase local souvenir on Shop-Indonesia.DFS.com and we can only arrange shipping within Indonesia.

When is the cutoff for shopping?  
Shop at least 3×24 hours before departure from Bali International Airport or Jakarta International Airport Terminal 3.

What currency am I charged in?  
All our prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and your credit card will be charged in IDR. For foreign credit card holders, your credit card provider will convert your payment based on the bank’s current exchange rates.

What forms of payment does the DFS Platform accept?  
For duty free : we accept credit card payment by VISA, Mastercard and JCB.
For duty paid : we accept all credit cards, Gopay, Shopee, Indomaret, Alfamart, Akulaku.

How my shipping cost is calculated when I shop duty paid items?
Your purchases will be shipped from Bali, Indonesia. Shipping cost is calculated automatically by our shipping partners based on your mailing address and total weight of your purchases.

Can I benefit from in-store promotions when purchasing on the DFS Platform?
In-store promotions might differ from the promotions available online.

Does my promo code expire?  
Yes, each promo code issued will have a validity period indicated on the communication.

Is my promo code exchangeable for cash?  
No, promo code(s) are not exchangeable for cash, and they are not refundable in part if it’s not fully redeemed.

Can I use more than 1 promo code in a single transaction?  
No, only 1 promo code can be used in a single transaction.
